How long does implementation take?
Most design partners are processing live orders within 1–2 weeks. Setup involves connecting your intake channels (fax, portal, or e-prescribe), configuring your payer list, and a walkthrough with Anthony. There's no heavy IT lift on your end.
What data do you need from us?
Your payer list, typical device categories, and current intake workflow (how prescriptions arrive today). We don't need access to your EHR or billing system to get started — ScriptRelay sits alongside your existing tools.
Can we cancel during the pilot?
If you choose the free 60-day pilot option, you can walk away at any time — no obligation, no invoice. The annual contract option (50% off) carries a standard annual commitment, with a 30-day out clause if ScriptRelay isn't delivering measurable time savings.
What happens after the pilot ends?
If you're on the 60-day pilot, you move to standard pricing (Growth plan at $799/mo or the annual rate) — or you can lock in the design partner pricing before the pilot ends. The lifetime rate lock only applies to design partners who convert to a paid plan within 90 days.
Is the case study mandatory?
It's part of the deal — but you approve every word before it goes live. If the results aren't what either of us hoped for, we discuss it honestly before anything gets published. No surprises, no pressure.
How does the lifetime price lock work?
Design partners who stay on a paid plan keep their year-one rate indefinitely. As ScriptRelay adds features and raises prices for new customers (which we plan to do), your rate doesn't change. The lock expires only if you cancel and re-subscribe.
